At exactly thirty years from the death of the great American artist, Palazzo Ducale dedicating a large retrospective of Andy Warhol (Pittsburgh, August 6, 1928 - New York, February 22, 1987).

Curated by Luca Beatrice, produced, organized by Palazzo Ducale Foundation for Culture of Genova and 24 ORE Cultura - Gruppo 24 Ore,show presents more then 170 works including: paintings, prints, drawings, polaroids, sculpture, objects, from private collections, museums and foundations.

The thematic path is developed around six conductive lines: design, icons, polaroid, portraits, Andy Warhol and Italy.

The era of Contemporary Art,opens with Andy Warhole. The Unique cultural and media phenomenon of the sixties will divide artsć era on: before and after Andy.

SOME presenting extraordinary drawings: from MAo to Merilyn; portraits of famous faces come Man Ray, Liza Minnelli, Mick Jagger, Miguel Bosé and SOME Important Italian characters: Gianni Agnelli, Giorgio Armani and Sandro Chia.
